If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you have 30 days after receipt to ask for a refund. Your refund will be credited by the same means of payment as when you made the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account because of different delays of treatment from various financial institutions. Online orders can be returned to the store for a store credit in the form of a gift card OR exchanged for another size/item OR refunded.
You have 30 days after receipt to return a package. Transportation and delivery fees are at your expenses. Any returns must include the original invoice. Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition (unworn & undamaged) and in their original packaging.

Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items and resized rings are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a given day are shipped the next day, except for those received on Friday, which are shipped the following Monday. Exceptionally, an order may take 48 hours before it can be shipped; in such a case, our shipping confirmation email will also take 48 hours. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.
Our customer service does its best to deliver your order as soon as possible. See delivery time for in-stock products below:

Rest of Canada and USA : 5-7 business days
Rest of the world : 7-15 business days
Please note that delivery times are informative only and may be extended for some products that are not available immediately (especially for rings or personalized jewelry with birthstone or engraving) or during sales or the holiday season. If so, you will be contacted by our customer service.

Your Joseph Yabroudi order will be carefully wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped via a confidential and fully-insured FedEx priority parcel, providing you with peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

1- Your parcel is exclusively sent with confidential FedEx priority fully-insured shipping
2- We require a signature upon delivery of your order
3- We don’t ship to PO boxes
4- FedEx allows us to track your package until it gets to you

Joseph Yabroudi can ship to any location where our service providers allow fully-insured shipping. Please note that we are not shipping to P.O. boxes and military bases.
We do not charge taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to any local taxes and custom duties due on delivery. You can check with your local authorities prior to placing an order to find out more about the taxes and duties that may be charged.
The shipping charge is a fixed set price and not determined by the weight of your package. The shipping is FREE for a package sent within North America for orders over CA$ 1500 (without taxes). For the rest of the world where we offer shipping, charges are defined by our shipping partners.
Promotional offers can not be applied to purchases made before or after promotional offers.
Jewelry or other items cannot be pre-ordered before a promotional offer.
We reserve the right, at any time, to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when and what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 30-day window from the date you received the product to initiate a return or exchange. The reimbursement will be issued to the same payment method you utilized for the purchase. Please be aware that the refund process might take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, as different financial institutions have varying processing times. For online orders, you have the option to return items to the store in exchange for a gift card credit, switch to a different size or product, or receive a refund.
